In an effort to make things go more smoothly, try the following hints when registering:
- Call 1-866-837-2996
- Identify yourself as a member of the “Colorado Association of Tax Appraisers” (group code 3FW46M).
- You will need to know what type and number of rooms you need, and the number of people staying in the room.
- You may request smoking, non-smoking, or any other special requests, to be accommodated as available.
- You will want to give them your Certificate of Exemption Account Number, which you will be asked to fax, but be sure to take a copy with you!

These Room Rates are guaranteed through July 25, 2008. After that date, you may not be able to get a room at the reduced rate. Lodging rates do not include 5.775% tax and 7.5% surcharges, subject to change.
Some members have had a problem in checking in.
- Remember that you may not be able to get into your room upon arrival.
- Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 10am.
- Early check-in is honored when possible.
- We usually have problems when people forget to inform the resort of special requirements. Don't forget to mention any special needs when making your reservation, such as non-smoking room, handicap access, etc.
Individual Lodging Deposit Policy:
If paying by Check - Check must be received prior to arrival - credit card is required to hold the reservation.
If paying by Credit Card - A 15% lodging amount will be required upon making a reservation and billed to the credit card on file.
Individual lodging cancellation policy
For individual attendees who cannel their lodging reservations, the following will be in effect:
If canceled 14 days or more prior to arrival date, refund on the deposit amount received will be made less 10%
If canceled less that 14 days prior to arrival date, the individual is subject to full forfeiture of the reservation value.
