In an effort to make things go more smoothly, try the following hints when registering:

1. Call 1-866-837-2996

2. Identify yourself as a member of the “Colorado Association of Tax Appraisers”, Group Code 3FW3YF.

3. You will need to know what type and number of rooms you need and the number of people staying in the room.

4. You may request smoking, non-smoking, or any other special requests, to be accommodated as available.

5. You will want to give them your Certificate of Exemption Account Number, which you will be asked to fax, but be sure to take a copy with you!

The following room rates have been negotiated for CATA Conference attendees only:

These Room Rates are guaranteed through August 31, 2007. After that date, you may not be able to get a room at the reduced rate. Lodging rates do not include 5.777% tax and 6.0% surcharges, subject to change.

NOTE: A $1 National Forest Foundation voluntary donation is automatically included, which can be removed at check-in or at time of booking, upon request of the guest.

Some members have had a problem checking in.
• Remember that you may not be able to get into your room upon arrival.
• Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 10am.
• Early check-in is honored when possible.
• We usually have problems when people forget to inform the resort of special requirements. Don't forget to mention any special needs when making your reservation, such as non-smoking room, handicap access, etc.

If paying by Check - Check must be received prior to arrival - credit card is required to hold the reservation.

If paying by Credit Card - A 15% lodging amount will be required upon making a reservation and billed to the credit card on file.

For individual attendees who cancel their lodging reservations, the following will be in effect:

If canceled 14 days or ore prior to arrival date, refund on the deposit amout received will be made, less 10%.

If canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival date, the individual is subject to full forfeiture of the reservation value.
